Volunteers Week (1st-7th June)
Celebrating Volunteers Week - Abbie
"Hi I'm Abbie. I'm 16 years old and I volunteer to help out Popdance Tots and Primary Ballet in Stranraer. I started volunteering because I enjoy my time at Popdance and wanted to pass my experience and help the younger ones to improve their dancing. I have been at Emma Louise Dance Club for 10+ years and have learned a lot from Emma and feel that I can encourage the younger ones to enjoy it as much as I have."
It has been a pleasure to see you grow in confidence Abbie. Thank you for your dedication to Emma Louise Dance Club.

I am currently in Senior Ballet and I have been helping Emma teach the Primary Ballet class for the last 2 years. The Primary Ballet class is for children aged aged 3-5 years old. I enjoy my volunteering role as I like seeing the children make friends with each other, and I like seeing their dance ability and confidence improve. Helping Emma with the little ones has given me the opportunity to pass my love for ballet onto others."
